Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love what you wear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

 

1. Exchange Window

Items are eligible for exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

 

2. Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Only size exchanges or damaged/defective items are eligible.

Sale items or custom orders are not eligible for exchange.

 

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

Please email us at email or WhatsApp us at number with your order number and reason for exchange. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

 

4. Shipping

Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us.

We’ll ship the exchanged item back to you free of cost (one-time only).

 

5. No Refunds

Please note, we currently do not offer refunds. Exchanges only.
